"Mark had the listing on the property located at 6065 French Gulch RD, CDA. I found the listing while searching on Realtor.com. I had never met Mark and called him initially to ask some questions. Without making a commitment at this point to have him represent us we flew up and met both Mark and Kurt for a viewing. Mark answered all of our questions and went the extra mile to research information such as local pool builders, utility expenses, etc. After the viewing we elected to have Mark represent us and present what we felt was a reasonable offer to the sellers.
